yumetomo crane exchange
From California to Kadoma
Through the Yumetomo Project, Simply Origami brought together students and older adults across Orange County to fold more than 500 orange origami cranes for a dementia-awareness event in Kadoma, Japan. Orange was chosen because it represents dementia awareness in Japan. More than 20 seniors and 15 student volunteers participated in the exchange.
